The Restaurant

Our Princeton Club dining room offers an extensive gourmet menu certain to please any palate. Special dietary requirements are capably and deliciously attended to as well. With a full-service bar and nightly features, we find most guests love to linger in the Club well into the evening. Summer offers a relaxing opportunity to dine al fresco on the deck, overlooking the Chalk Cliffs and Mt. Antero.

Breakfast

There is no better way to start your day than with one of our hearty breakfast entrees. Choose from traditional items such as pancakes or eggs, spicy South of the Border, or freshly made breads and pastries.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. daily.

Lunch

From soups and fresh salads to an enticing array of unique entrees, our lunch menu is sure to pique your appetite.
Lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. daily

Happy Hour

Daily from 2 p.m. till 5 p.m.

Dinner

Enjoy a cocktail on our deck overlooking the Collegiate Peaks and Chalk Creek Canyon, or dine in the beautiful and cozy Lodge restaurant. Unique and tasteful daily features are served alongside seasonal lodge cuisine, creating a satisfying dining experience. Save room for a scrumptious dessert!

Dinner is served from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. Dining room stays open till 10:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
