MOUNT PRINCETON HOT SPRINGS RESORT
Arthur Lake is located above North Fork Reservoir in the San Isabel Forrest. It is 1.2 miles (one way) with a starting elevation of 11,440′ and ending at 11,920′ (480′ elevation). It is a very scenic lake with beautiful cutthroats. The basin has the red renditions of Ouray and Telluride Colorado. Pines grow right down to the lake and it has its own beauty. The most productive lures are panther martin and fly patterns are most productive with beetle or black ants. The views to the north include Pomeroy Mountain (13,151 ft) and Calico Mountain (12,949 ft). This lake also does not have a trail into it so a guidebook is available”Central Colorado Alpine Lakes“.
