Join us for Brews & Views, an exclusive Beer Tasting Experience featuring a 5-course gourmet tasting menu paired with exceptional craft beers from Left Hand Brewing Co. Set against the stunning mountain views of Chaffee County, this intimate one-night event promises a unique culinary journey where flavors are perfectly matched to enhance your dining experience.
Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a distinct beer, selected to complement and elevate the flavors of the dish. Throughout the evening, a represetative from Left Hand Brewing will visit tables, sharing insights into the brewing process and the art of pairing beer with food. Guests will also receive a beer tasting guide with space to jot down notes on aromas, flavors, and pairings.
Seats are limited to just 30 guests, ensuring an immersive and interactive experience. The event will begin with a welcome beer at 5:45 PM, with dinner service promptly at 6:00 PM. Don’t miss out on this unforgettable night of great beer, fantastic food, and breathtaking views.
