Enjoy all the hot springs on the property from open to close. Participate in the many yoga classes and water fitness classes. Head to the sauna for some dry heat therapy. After that sweat session, cool down with a cold water dip in our cold plunge pool to boost your body's circulation and lose less body heat. Rejuvenate and relax in the dry heat of the sauna. Many do a cold plunge or shower before the sauna. Step outside into the cool mountain air and cool off.
To ensure you receive your preferred service and time, it is recommended that all appointments be booked in advance. Appointment cancellations require 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and “no shows” will be charged 75% of the treatment price. Services, availability and prices are subject to change.
