Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise noted, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s stay.
Hot Springs Access Policy: Lodging includes up to 4 adult passes per room or condo, and 6 adult passes per cabin. Additional wristbands are extra. The Spa & Club is for guests 16+. Early room check-in is generally not available, but pool access begins before check-in time.
Pet Policy: Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly units. They are not allowed in the pool areas, Main Lodge, or Creekside Suites. Emotional support animals are not recognized under Colorado law and are subject to fees and restrictions.
Pool Towel Policy: One towel card per guest is issued at check-in and must be returned at check-out. Unreturned cards or towels will incur a $10 fee.
