Resort Policies:CANCELLATION POLICY: Unless otherwise noted, Guest must request cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty charge of one night’s stay. HOT SPRINGS ACCESS POLICY: Lodging rates include up to 4 adult passes per room or condo and 6 adult passes per cabin. Charges apply for additional wristbands. Spa & Club facilities are restricted to guests 16 years of age and older. Guest access is subject to regular operating hours. Pool Access is available prior to check-in but please be aware early room check-in is generally not available. PET POLICY: Pets are allowed only in specific units. Pets are NOT allowed in pool facilities, Main Lodge or Creekside Suites. Emotional Support animals are not recognized under Colorado Law, and will incur pet fees and restrictions accordingly. TOWEL POLICY : One towel card per person is issued at check-in to be redeemed at any pool location for a pool towel. All towel card(s) or pool towel(s) must be returned to the Front Desk at check-out to avoid a charge of $10 per card.
